Gift card terms and conditions

1. General provisions

These terms of use apply to gift cards (hereinafter: Card ) issued by the brand h awe , which is managed by:

By purchasing or using the Card, the user accepts all the terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Purpose and use

The card can only be used to purchase products in the hawe online store, available at: https://musthawe.com .
The card is used by entering a unique code during the payment process.
The card is not exchangeable for cash , nor can it be used to purchase another gift card.

3. Value and validity

The card is available in the following amounts: €10, €20, €50, €100 and €200 .
It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase , after which it is automatically deactivated and can no longer be used, regardless of the remaining amount.

4. Activation and delivery

The card is automatically activated after a successful purchase.
It is delivered exclusively electronically - to the email address provided by the buyer during purchase.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered e-mail address.

5. How to use

The card is used by entering the code in the field provided for it during payment.
It can be used repeatedly, as long as there is an available amount.
If the order amount is greater than the value of the Card, the difference must be paid with another available payment method.
If the order is smaller, the remaining amount remains available for future purchases within the validity period.

6. Loss, theft and liability

FIDES ET RATIO doo is not responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly entered Cards, as well as for unauthorized use.
The card is considered a valuable document - the user is obliged to keep the code safe.

7. Returns and complaints

Refunds for purchased gift cards are not possible .

8. Right to change the terms and conditions

FIDES ET RATIO doo reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time.
All changes will be published on the official website and will come into effect on the date of publication.
