1.1. Scope of these general terms and conditions
Only the following general terms and conditions (hereinafter OUiO) will apply to business transactions between FIDES ET RATIO doo, DR. MAXA JOSEPHA ORTELA 4, 51410 OPATIJA, Croatia (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the Customer * in the version that was valid at the time of the order for business conducted through the Croatian online store http://www.musthawe.com .
Different or alternative terms and conditions by the Buyer will not be accepted, unless the Seller expressly agrees to them in writing.

General conditions of use of the online store
2.1. The online store is only available to people who have reached the age of 18.
2.2. Persons under the age of 18 need the consent of their legal guardian to use the online store.
2.3. The customer is considered a consumer provided that the purpose of ordering deliveries and services cannot primarily be attributed to the commercial or independent professional activities of that party. A merchant is any partnership or natural or legal person that performs commercial or independent activities when concluding a contract.

2.5. Goods are sold only in quantities suitable for personal use.
2.6. The seller's online store consists only of a sales catalog. By displaying the products in the online store, the Seller only invites the Buyer to make an offer on the products presented and enter into a sales contract (hereinafter referred to as "Orders").
2.7. The language of the contract will be exclusively Croatian.
Processing of your personal data

4.1. Products in the online store are marked in such a way that you get information such as size, color, price, as well as the materials from which they are made.
4.2. During the order, you choose your product by selecting the size, color, quantity and any other features as needed.
How do I buy in the online store?
5.1. Place the selected product from the product range by clicking the "Add to cart" button in the online shopping cart. It is not binding.
5.2. All items in the shopping cart can be viewed by clicking on "Shopping cart", visible in the upper part of the website. From there you can delete items or resize an item.
5.3. If you want to buy items from the shopping cart, click the "Finish Shopping" button.
5.4. Choose the desired delivery method and address and provide payment information.
5.5. Then you specify the delivery option and delivery address.
5.6. After choosing delivery, you can indicate how you want to pay. The following payment methods are available: credit and debit cards or cash on delivery.
5.7. By clicking on the "Complete order" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. Before doing so, you must check the box that you accept these OUiO and thereby include that acceptance in your offer.
The order is binding for you provided that you do not cancel the order within 15 minutes of acceptance by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by filling out the contact form on our website.
5.8. As a consumer, you have the right to opt out, which remains unaffected by the above procedure.
5.9. You can refrain from sending a binding order at any time during the order process, until payment. To do this, it is enough to refrain from further steps and leave the order page. To do this, you can click on a button that allows you to return to the previous sub-page or any random sub-page or product on http://www.musthawe.com . An order that is not confirmed will not be shipped to you.
5.11. After receiving the order, the Seller will send you an order confirmation by e-mail that repeats the details of your order. This still does not constitute the conclusion of a sales contract. The conclusion of the sale is concluded only after sending the invoice.
5.12. The seller may contact you by phone (if you have provided a phone number) or e-mail to clarify any outstanding questions regarding the order and delivery. Phone numbers and email messages are used for order processing and delivery purposes only and may not be used for promotional purposes unless we have your express consent to do so.
5.13. As a consumer, you can withdraw your declaration of intent to conclude a contract in accordance with the withdrawal policy available on the website. The cancellation policy and sample cancellation form will be sent to you by e-mail with the order confirmation.
6.1. All prices listed in the online store are given in euros. Prices given in other currencies are purely informative and we are not responsible for currency conversion between banks. In addition, there are shipping costs, the amount of which depends on the selection of delivery and payment options. These costs are calculated separately. The price, including all applicable value added taxes and shipping charges, will be displayed again before the order is shipped.
6.2. The price displayed at the end of the order is the final price. Seller and buyer are bound by this price. After that, the price will no longer change, even if the Seller lowers or raises the price of the goods later.
6.3 In addition, the Seller reserves the right to adjust prices in the online store, offer new products and offer or end discounts within the framework of existing legislation.
Availability of goods
The goods offered in the online store are mostly available. However, in rare exceptions, eg if a certain product is ordered from different customers, the possibility that the goods are no longer available cannot be ruled out. In this case, you will be informed as soon as possible that the goods are unavailable. The contract is not concluded if the goods are not available. Delivery takes place while stocks last.
Unavailable sizes are marked with different colors than available sizes on the product page. Products in an unavailable size cannot be placed in the cart, but can be added to the wish list.
You can withdraw your consent to the storage of your data and e-mail address, as well as to the use of the data to send e-mails. You can opt out via the link in the notification message itself or by sending an email to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org .
Delivery type and delivery time
8.1. The ordered goods are delivered within the Republic of Croatia and the countries of the European Union and Europe.
8.2. The delivery time is usually 2-7 working days for the Republic of Croatia, and 2-10 working days for other countries. We ship orders from Monday to Friday; this means that Saturdays are not included in the delivery time calculation. The delivery period begins on the day of the delivery confirmation. If an item is no longer available or cannot be shipped for other reasons, we will let you know. We also do not ship on holidays or Sundays.
Method of payment
The following payment methods are available: cash on delivery or credit and debit cards. In case of payment by card, you will be redirected to the website of the payment service provider CorvusPay.
Payment by cash on delivery is not possible for the countries of the European Union and Europe, except for the Republic of Croatia, where payment by cash on delivery is possible.
If you choose an online payment method, we will start shipping as soon as we receive the full amount of the invoice and only then will the above delivery time begin to run.

Online payment security statement
When paying on our web store, use CorvusPay - an advanced system for securely accepting payment cards online.
The CorvusPay system ensures complete secrecy of your card and personal data from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to employees of the CorvusPay system. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.
The form for entering payment data is secured with an SSL transport code of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay meets all the requirements related to the security of online payments prescribed by the leading card brands, that is, it operates in accordance with the norm - PCI DSS Level 1 - the highest security standard of the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, in addition to the validity of the card itself, your bank also confirms your identity using a token or password.
Corvus Pay considers all information collected confidential and treats it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely safe, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most modern protection mechanisms. Only data necessary for the performance of work are collected in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment.
The security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the immediate reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition, by maintaining strict access control, regular security monitoring and in-depth checks to prevent network vulnerabilities, and planned implementation of provisions on information security, they permanently maintain and improve the level of system security by protecting your card data.
10.1. Delivery within the Republic of Croatia:

10.2. Delivery to European Union countries:
- GLS courier delivery: 2-10 working days, €20 (incl. VAT)
10.3. Delivery Slovenia:
- GLS courier delivery: 2-7 working days, €13 (incl. VAT)
Orders of €150 and more are delivered by standard courier service free of charge only within the Republic of Croatia. Delivery to European Union countries is free for orders over €300. For Slovenia, delivery is free for orders over €220.
Ordinance on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, is in possession of the goods. To remain within the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a notification that you exercise your right to withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
You must send back or return the goods immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. This period is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You must pay for any loss of value of the goods only if, after checking the condition, characteristics and functionality of the goods, this loss of value can be traced to unnecessary handling on your part.
12.1. You can submit a warranty claim for defects in purchased goods in accordance with the legal provisions of the Act on Consumer Protection and the Act on Obligations. In particular, you can request a solution (new delivery, refund or removal of defects). We have the right, however, to refer you to a new delivery if remedying the defect would involve disproportionate costs or effort. Warranty claims expire 2 years after delivery of goods.

Dispute resolution procedures
We are neither ready nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before the Consumer Arbitration Council.
Retention of ownership rights
The seller retains ownership of the goods until the full purchase price is paid.
The content of this website, including photos, films and texts, is protected by the law on copyright and other rights. The use of images, films and texts is permitted only for private use, and any further use without the express written consent of the Seller is not permitted.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
17.1. The law of the Republic of Croatia and the EU will apply to all contracts between the Seller and the Buyer. This choice of law applies only to the extent that the consumer is not deprived of non-mandatory consumer protection legislation in the country where the consumer is habitually resident at the time of the order.
17.2. For business transactions with traders, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relations between the Seller and the Buyer is agreed to be the seat of the Seller, i.e. the court in RIJECA.
Changes to this OUiO
The seller has the right to unilaterally change these OUiO if it is necessary to adapt to changes in the legal or technical framework. We will notify customers of the adjustments by providing the content of the amended regulation. The change will become part of the contract if the Buyer does not object to the change in writing within six weeks after receiving notification of the change that is included in the contractual relationship with the Seller.
