Some women have thin skin around the collarbone or upper chest, so be careful when applying tape to them. Do not wear the product for more than 6 hours. Do not expose the product to prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat while in use. This may cause skin irritation. Do not sunbathe with the product on. Do not wear the product for two days in a row. Remove the product and contact your doctor immediately if you experience itching, swelling, rash, discomfort or any skin reaction to the product and stop using the product immediately.
Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
Shelf life of the product: 3 years
Store the product at a temperature of 5-25 degrees C.
2. Before using the product, test the product on your skin.
When you purchase the product, you will also receive a tester. Peel the tester off the protective paper and stick it to the skin on your chest, in the area where you intend to stick the cover. Keep the tester on your skin for at least 12 hours. If you experience itching, swelling, rash, discomfort or any other reaction to the product on your skin, do not use the product.
3. Make sure you apply the product to dry skin, without lotions, creams, or the like.
Make sure your skin is CLEAN and dry. Dirty and oily skin will not allow the adhesive to stick. Make sure your skin is free of lotion, powder, oil, perfume, makeup, sweat, sunscreen, or spray tan, as these will also prevent adhesion. This also includes moisturizing soaps and body washes, as they leave lotion on your skin.
Also, after applying the tape to the skin, do not apply any products to the application area and surrounding area that would cause it to peel off.
4. Use nipple shields to protect your most sensitive area

Shields are important to protect your nipple area under the covers. Shields are purchased separately.
Protective gear is available in various shapes, sizes and made of different materials.

5. Putting on the Covers.
Place the cover against your chest and estimate and measure how you would like to attach it. The cover stretches up to 170%.
Slowly remove the protective paper from the product without touching the adhesive side of the tape with your fingers. While holding the breast elevated, with the other hand slowly place the cover in the desired direction depending on the method of gluing and shape the cover around the breast and peel it off as you stick the cover to the skin. Smooth out any unevenness before sticking the cover. Therefore, stick it slowly. Once the cover has touched the skin, it must not be repositioned or peeled off because it will not stick again. Do not pull the cover too much when sticking, i.e. do not tighten it too much. Too much tension on the cover can cause too much stretching of the skin, causing irritation. Carefully cut off any excess cover that you do not want to be visible. We recommend that you use our scissors for cutting strips and covers to make it easier to shape and prevent the strips and covers from peeling off. Our suggestions for sticking methods:

Here is a video example:
6. Do not wear the product for more than 6 hours.
We guarantee that the products will last up to 12 hours. Many of you are delighted with how well they last and how they feel with them, and exceed the deadline and keep the strips on for over 24 hours. Be aware that after 6 hours the cover will be harder to remove and skin irritation is possible. Our recommended wearing time is 6 hours. After that, be sure to check your skin to see how it reacts and if everything is fine. If necessary, change the cover and the method of gluing where the same area will not be stressed. We are thinking of this area:

The area where the adhesive ends, i.e. the ends that bear the greatest stress. Be especially careful if you are using the cover for the first time.
7. When removing, do not tug or pull the product abruptly.
When removing the cover, first gently start peeling off the ends of the cover. If removing is not uncomfortable, just gently and carefully pull and remove the cover. If you find that removing is uncomfortable or difficult, use oil.
Rub oil (any type) onto the product and make sure it covers the sticky side of the cover. The oil needs to reach the adhesive to dissolve it, so we suggest not applying oil to the top of the tape, but rather peeling the cover off a little and rubbing the oil onto the sticky side.
We recommend using a heavier oil, such as coconut oil. Let the cover soak in the oil for as long as necessary to dissolve the glue. Add more oil if necessary. This will help loosen the glue. Slowly pull back a small corner of the cover. With one hand, press firmly on your breast just above the corner of the cover that you lifted. With the other hand, grasp the corner of the cover.
Slowly start pulling the cover off. Do not pull the product away from your body at a 45 degree angle as this may cause injury! Instead, pull it back towards you. Do not tear the cover off abruptly as this may cause damage to the skin.

After removing the covers, we recommend applying a soothing agent such as aloe vera to the skin.
8. More additional tips.
If the cover has wrinkles or bumps, that's okay. Small bumps won't be visible under clothing.
If you cut the cover at the rounded ends with scissors, this will prevent it from coming off.
If you want a bigger push up, use our push up inserts.
Apply the oil to the inside of the tape where the adhesive touches the skin, so that the oil comes into contact with the adhesive and can dissolve it.
If necessary, soak the strip with enough oil so that it can slide off the skin as in the video:
